Refund & Returns Policy

At Katumanan Hardware, Inc., we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a flexible return and refund policy.

Returns:
If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order and send it through the provided below. We ask you to attach a picture of the product you wish to return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide a proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the product is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges. The refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide a proof of purchase.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If the product is in its original condition, we will send you the replacement product at no additional cost.

Exceptions:
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
– Custom or special order products
– Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
– Products that have been modified or altered in any way
– Products that are not in their original condition or packaging
